MileVet is free. Creating a desk, looking up a carrier, and keeping a watchlist do not cost anything.

The carrier data is public FMCSA data. It is provided as-is. MileVet does not warrant that a filing, inspection, crash, or census row is complete, current, or correct. There is no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

A desk may keep up to 200 carriers on the watchlist. Live lookups are rate-limited so the service stays available.

MileVet is informational. A letter grade is MileVet’s own reading of those public records. It is not a determination by FMCSA, and it is not a consumer report. You are responsible for the underwriting decision you make.
