Carrier monitoring
Monitoring is on Pro. $1 a month for each monitored USDOT, refreshed daily. The team is billed once for a carrier, even when several people watch it. Turning it off keeps the carrier through the end of the period. A daily check lists authority, insurance, out-of-service, safety rating, and grade changes.
Alerts are in the app. Email is added when mail is configured.

What does a free account include?
The basic report and a watchlist of 200 carriers. No card to start.
What does Pro add?

How does monitoring bill?
It is Pro-only. Each monitored USDOT is $1 a month and refreshed daily. Seats are separate.
When do alert emails send?
Alerts stay in the app until email is configured. Nothing is mailed before then.
