What is free?
A free account is the basic report and a watchlist of 200 carriers. The saved list is not monitored. No card to start.
What do the paid plans include?
Pro is $79 a month for 1 seat and 150 carriers checked daily. Team is $249 a month for 5 seats and 1,000 carriers checked daily. Business is $449 a month for 15 seats and 3,000 carriers checked daily. Each paid plan includes the full report, PDF, and score history. Annual is 2 months free. Teammates start at Team (5 seats) and Business (15). See pricing
How does monitoring bill?
Monitoring is included up to the carriers on the plan. Extra carriers are $25 per 500 on Team and $40 per 1,000 on Business.
How do I cancel or downgrade?
Cancel from Billing. A downgrade starts at the end of the period. Stripe holds the card. MileVet does not store card numbers.
Data
How fresh is the file?
The records are public FMCSA files. A paid plan refreshes monitored carriers once a day, around 1 PM CT.
What does not checked mean?
Not checked means that item was not in the public file this desk read. It is not a finding that the carrier lacks it.
Is the grade a safety rating?
No. The grade is MileVet’s score. It is not an FMCSA safety rating. How the score is built
